The Firm

Impact Law Group is a boutique firm of experienced attorneys serving a range of business clients (from early idea to pre-initial public offering) in a variety of business transactions, including multi-million dollar merger and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, strategic investments, alliances and joint ventures, corporate governance issues and general business legal and contract advice. Our litigation team represents the interests of businesses and individuals in various contract, tort, collection, and other matters.

Impact Law Group was founded with the idea that our clients, regardless of their size, should be able to obtain personal service and sophisticated legal advice on complex matters from highly trained and experienced attorneys.

We currently provide legal advice to a well-balanced mix of emerging ventures, and established businesses.  Our clients represent different industries, different ideas, and conduct business in a number of countries.  

Billing Arrangements; Fees

Although we typically bill by the hour, we have found that there are certain matters that lend themselves to fixed or contingency fee arrangements, and we are willing to work with our clients to accommodate their requests to bill in such manner.

Unlike most law firms, Impact Law Group does not charge its clients for local travel, internal copying charges, long distance telephone calls within the United States, or most fees associated with the use of legal research databases.

Because of our low overhead structure, our fees for professional services are often thousands of dollars less than those of better known firms for comparable services.
