Sage focuses on complex litigation matters with an emphasis on construction and commercial litigation.  Although Sage is experienced in presenting matters at trial, arbitration, and mediation, he finds it most satisfying to help his clients address potential problems and legal risk before it materializes.  Sage works to address his client’s legal needs in a cost effective manner, by gathering relevant facts and formulating a sensible strategy before any substantial legal move is made.

Sage presents seminars on construction law through the Building Industry Association of Washington (BIAW), the Washington On-Site Sewage Association (WOSSA), the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries (L&I) and several other organizations.

Sage graduated from Whitman College in 1998 with a degree in economics and environmental studies. After completing his undergraduate work, he moved to St. Louis to attend law school at Washington University where he obtained his law degree in 2001.
